We offer tailored and curated design destinations out of the ordinary, filled with our take on design. A part of the experience of our destinations is to engage with the interior of our suites. Every suite is equipped with a kitchen just waiting to be used, so when you have done your grocery shopping, start cooking and enjoy.

The suites are stocked with carefully considered amenities. The wine cooler is stocked with a selection of wines water and champagne, and in the bathroom, you will find care products by Aèsop. Should you have questions or need assistance, a member of the Dinesen team will be standby to assist you.

If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.

A DKK2500-5500 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

Our house is perfect for the big group that needs space and still being just 15 minutes by public transportation to the pedestrian street (Nørreport). We accommodate up to 14 guests - are you more than that please make an inquiry. Tell us your needs for your stay and we will try meet them.

The apartment consists of 5 private bedrooms (totals: 6-12 single beds and 2-5 double beds, up to 2 babycots), 1 large living/dining room with kitchen and a privat bathroom (shower and toilet). Dining table sits up to 14(16 crowded).

At ground floor you have access to another bathroom with a toilet and shower facilities. You access the second bathroom by the main stairway.

You have a garden to your disposal. Trampolin, swings, table and chairs and a treehouse are some of the amenities. Copenhagen Villa apartment is perfect for the big group that wants to travel together. Located close to the city centre, grocery stores, beach, highway, big recreative area with a lake and public transportation - this house meets all you will need in your stay in Copenhagen.

Grocery store is reachable by foot (5 min), public transportation (2 min by foot) take-away, restaurants and the city beach is reachable by foot (10-25 min).

We have everything for babies - highchair, bed etc. you can borrow a children wagon while you stay here if you need it.

We are a family of 5, two adults and children aged 8, 5 and 0. We will be close to you if you need any assistance - or just want company :)

Text description provided by the architects. How do you combine the splendours of the suburban backyard with the social intensity of urban density?


The Mountain Dwellings are the 2nd generation of the VM Houses - same client, same size and same street. The program, however, is 2/3 parking and 1/3 living. What if the parking area became the base upon which to place terraced housing - like a concrete hillside covered by a thin layer of housing, cascading from the 11th floor to the street edge? Rather than doing two separate buildings next to each other - a parking and a housing block - we decided to merge the two functions into a symbiotic relationship. The parking area needs to be connected to the street, and the homes require sunlight, fresh air and views, thus all apartments have roof gardens facing the sun, amazing views and parking on the 10th floor. The Mountain Dwellings appear as a suburban neighbourhood of garden homes flowing over a 10-storey building - suburban living with urban density.


The roof gardens consist of a terrace and a garden with plants changing character according to the changing seasons. The building has a huge watering system which maintains the roof gardens. The only thing that separates the apartment and the garden is a glass façade with sliding doors to provide light and fresh air.


The residents of the 80 apartments will be the first in Orestaden to have the possibility of parking directly outside their homes. The gigantic parking area contains 480 parking spots and a sloping elevator that moves along the mountain's inner walls. In some places the ceiling height is up to 16 meters which gives the impression of a cathedral-like space.
